I’m both a Trade Mark Attorney and Patent Attorney in Germany, advising small and medium-sized companies, as well as international corporations, across the intellectual property field.

I work with a wide range of clients and find engaging with them to meet and resolve the unique challenges they face really fascinating. Often, my advice might centre on how a certain product can get to market; other times, clients might be more focused on solving a technical issue with a patent or trade mark. Working with start-ups has always been a highlight for me, especially when talking directly to the inventor. It is always thrilling to be able to assist those businesses as they grow and succeed.

I gained a breadth of expertise while working for private practices before joining Boult and am a generalist rather than specialising in any particular technological field. Working across such a wide diversity of technologies is what makes my role as a patent attorney so interesting.  Clients also appreciate that I am therefore able to help them in a broad range of situations and I provide clients with expertise on litigation for trade mark or patent infringements in Germany and wider advice on portfolio management.

I was incredibly honoured that all my clients chose to move with me when I started at Boult. I take pride in offering creative solutions to IP problems and in providing excellent client service. Clients know they are always free to contact me if they have a question, or need advice from another colleague, and I will always endeavour to find them a clear and concise solution.

I’m a member of various associations in the field of IP, such as INTA and AIPPI, and enjoy attending industry conferences as they’re a great way to meet with international clients, especially in the US and China.

I divide my time between Boult’s Frankfurt and Munich offices, and always look forward to visiting my colleagues in the London office. I am delighted to be part of such a great European-facing firm.

“I take pride in offering creative solutions to IP problems and in providing excellent client service.”
